Planning centres on a dramatic atrium that organises movement, enhances wayfinding and reinforces visual links between dining, bars, entertainment and rooftop areas. Colour and texture define zones, guide flow and shape atmosphere within a unified material language. Through close collaboration with specialist joiners, lighting designers and trades, custom joinery, feature lighting and integrated signage were resolved to withstand heavy use while maintaining a refined aesthetic, creating a destination that is ambitious, welcoming and deeply community focused.
