The entrance floor was planned as an open space, maintaining a strong connection between the kitchen, dining area and living room. This created a continuous environment where hosting feels inclusive, and everyone becomes part of the experience. Real materials such as stone, wood, steel and rezina flooring were used throughout, combined with soft natural colours, fabrics and layered textures. A key aspect of the design was strengthening the relationship between inside and outside, achieved through continuity of materials and details such as a stone bench that extends from the living room into the outdoor dining area.
Steel and wood stairs lead to the first floor, where all the bedrooms are located. This level includes two large suites, each with a private bathroom, and on the opposite side the parents’ area, which features a spacious bedroom, a refined closet space and a wide bathroom with a freestanding bath. Both the bedroom and bathroom open onto a large balcony overlooking the garden and surrounding greenery.
