BAYA Interiors has unveiled its latest project at Powerhouse at Chelsea Waterfront, transforming one of London’s only historic power stations into a luxurious and soul-filled residential address. Set along the Thames, this imposing red-brick structure is now home to residences where industrial heritage merges seamlessly with comfort and elegance.

The project presented significant challenges, including compact layouts, limited footprints and scarce access to natural light. Rather than view these constraints as obstacles, BAYA Interiors embraced them as catalysts for innovation. Through intelligent spatial planning, open-plan living areas were introduced, and visual layering was used to create a sense of depth and openness throughout.

A standout feature is the bespoke TV wall, designed as a sculptural centrepiece that balances function and beauty. With subtle lighting and concealed storage, it serves as both an architectural focal point and a practical solution, drawing inspiration from the building’s industrial rhythm without overwhelming the space.

Every element was crafted with intention. From the use of mirrored repetition to expand perspectives to the seamless integration of storage and circulation, BAYA Interiors has created residences that feel expansive, refined and quietly grounded. The result is a series of homes that are not only beautifully designed but also deeply liveable.
