The International Design & Architecture Awards 2026
The design centres on an immersive indoor and outdoor lifestyle. Expansive windows, wide openings and framed views draw the sea, sky and tropical greenery into every space. CCS adopted a quiet, understated approach that prioritises clarity, comfort and a strong connection to the landscape. Each zone for cooking, dining, lounging and entertaining was planned with equal attention to function and relaxation.
Furnishings, lighting, finishes and décor were sourced globally to ensure cohesion and climate suitability. Every piece was selected for its durability in a tropical environment and its contribution to a refined coastal atmosphere. The project also required precise international coordination. All items were routed through a receiving company in Miami where they were inspected, consolidated and prepared for shipment to the island, maintaining accuracy and design integrity.
Skilled craftsmen contributed to the project through bespoke furniture, detailed millwork, natural material artistry and specialised lighting. Their work supported the quiet luxury vision and ensured seamless integration between architecture and interiors.
Completed in thirteen months, the residence stands as a sophisticated Caribbean sanctuary. It reflects CCS Interior Design Group’s commitment to thoughtful planning, expert collaboration and a deep respect for the surrounding environment. The result is a cohesive and tranquil home that offers both intimate living and an elevated experience for guests.
