CS Design Studio has unveiled the Mirabelle Pied à Terre, a sophisticated show apartment at 60 Curzon in Mayfair that reimagines luxury city living through bespoke craftsmanship, thoughtful spatial planning and a refined contemporary aesthetic.

Commissioned to create an elegant residence that would reflect the prestige of its Mayfair setting, CS Design Studio conceived the apartment as an intimate and characterful sanctuary for a modern resident. The design brief called for a home that embodied the grandeur associated with a prime London address while making the most of a compact footprint through intelligent design and meticulous attention to detail.

Rich textures and artisanal craftsmanship play a central role throughout the scheme. Tactile wallcoverings, hand chiselled brutalist side tables and bespoke joinery contribute depth and character, elevating the residence beyond the expectations of a traditional show apartment.

Drawing inspiration from the architectural character of 60 Curzon and the central courtyard designed by Thierry Despont, CS Design Studio created interiors that feel intrinsically connected to their surroundings. The project’s success was reflected in its market reception, with the apartment sold during the installation phase before reaching the open market, demonstrating the strong appeal of CS Design Studio’s carefully crafted vision for contemporary Mayfair living.
