Dapa Atelier has unveiled a striking waterfront penthouse in Chelsea, delivering an expansive living space defined by sculptural softness, curated artistry and a timeless palette of refined materials. Designed for an international owner seeking an elegant residence in London, the five bedroom penthouse reflects Dapa Atelier’s approach to creating interiors that balance luxury with calm and effortless living.

The brief asked Dapa Atelier to maximise the apartment’s challenging teardrop shaped plan while framing sweeping views of the River Thames and the wider city skyline. Dapa Atelier responded by creating a spacious and light filled environment that places comfort, practicality and atmosphere at the centre of the design.

Within the living space, a sculptural seating arrangement with sweeping curves anchors the room, while a deep claret baby grand piano establishes an elegant setting for entertaining. The adjacent dining and bar area continues the narrative, with antique bronze mirror detailing within bespoke bar joinery reflecting the skyline.

Velvet upholstery, brushed wood, marble surfaces and woven textures introduce warmth and depth. Through careful craftsmanship and considered detailing, Dapa Atelier has created a penthouse that feels both luxurious and effortlessly serene.
