Project Name: Las Verandas Villas
Location: Pristine Bay, Roatan
Interior Designer: Maria Bordelon
Architect: Gui Trotti

Phase one of Las Verandas was opened in March 2013 with six luxurious villas, the Palapa Bar and two guest pools. Phase two will include five more villas, 30 rooms and suites and Las Pergolas, the hotel’s fine dining restaurant.

Las Verandas is just off the Caribbean coast of Honduras on the island of Roatan. The hotel and Villas provide accommodation for the discerning guest who is accustomed to world class water activities and golfing. The exterior features of white plaster and mahogany trim are repeated indoors with travertine floors and a colour scheme inspired by local weavers.

Island white is a dominant textile as seen in all tropical environments; accents in brilliant hues of hibiscus reds, purple, and yellows are used throughout the property. The décor is a reflection of the lush island surroundings. Las Verandas captures the essence of Roatan with its deep blue skies, white sandy beaches, crystal clear water, and sunset views.
