Marque is a 50-storey iconic ultra-modern condominium piece of architecture which arguably is to be the most luxury condominium project in the dynamic Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok. The residents will capture the panoramic view of Sukhumvit Road’s modern sky line of downtown Bangkok, especially at night, including the opposite greenery of Benjasiri Park.

The development is located next door to sky train’s Prompong Station which is surrounded by 3 large shopping centres; The Emporium, The EmQuatier and The Future EmSphere. Whilst being well integrated into various transport modes and ample carparking of over 280 spaces are provided. It will be an impressive addition to the existing skyline of Sukhumvit Road as well as Bangkok in general.

Palmer & Turner (Thailand) Ltd’s favourite aspect of this project is said to be the iconic and luxurious piece of architecture with its unconventional design of the trigonal crystal system using twinned and distorted six-sided pyramids. The building has a unique facade design that reflects the spirit of a crystal by using a full glass curtain wall system to create the sparkling crystal effect. The large luxury units served by private lifts range from 124 sq.metres to 623 sq.metres.

The facilities include a hospitality lounge, opulent grand lobby, wine cellar, cigar lounge, gym, meeting rooms, and a 30-metre swimming pool on level 1, level 17, level 43 and level 50. A large green open space area is located on the ground level directly meeting Sukhumvit Road. The good proportions and detail to the space are a fully functional combination that reflects the luxurious lifestyle of the residents.
