This detached house is set in a magnificent vineyard in the heart of the Vaudoise coast between the Jura and Lake Geneva on a south-facing slope. The location offers an unobstructed view of the whole landscape of the Lemanic arch with a 180 ° view between the Pointe du Bouveret to the east and Geneva to the west, with the view of the water jet of the English garden.

The villa consists of 3 levels with distinct functions. The basement level groups the garage to accommodate 8 vehicles, the recreation area, a Spa with sauna and hammam and the gym as well as all the technical areas. The ground floor level, a linear circulation in the north, distributes each space in the following order: the office, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and the outside living room with its summer kitchen. In the perimeter of the living room, a double vertical circulation (staircase and glazed elevator), offers an ascent with a vision on the major space of the house but also on the outside because the openings allow to discover the back of the house with its garden planted with beeches. The double height space is generously illuminated by a bay window 6 metres high with frames in natural enriched aluminium and glazed sliding panes. The upper mezzanine that communicates with the first floor creates the link between the bottom and the top.

At sunset, a covered terrace, sheltered from the wind, punctuates this sequence. On each side of this bar, planters decorate the view with low vegetation to give a garden effect in the house. The upper levels re distinguished with on one side the 3 guest rooms and on the other the master bedroom. Between the 2 volumes is the generous double height space above the living room. The concept is clear. The system of distribution linear and superimposed on all the floors, is functional and naturally serves all the spaces exposed to the south facing nature.
