InHance Interiors were the appointed designers of the newly constructed, modern Cape Cod residence. The Home features 5 bedrooms all with suitably sized en-suites. The Farmdale residence boasts a terrific floor-plan with stunning interiors that includes wide solid wood plank floors throughout, along with bright panel wainscoting and custom window frames.

The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with top of the range cooking and cleaning appliances. It features the 48″ Viking range cooker with a wood panelled hood, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a delicate Carrara marble waterfall island and sink. The dining room has coffered ceilings and the family room boasts a dazzling fireplace surrounded by a custom built-in wall unit. Stunning large sliders lead you to the entertainer’s backyard, where there is a pool, alfresco dining area and seating.

InHance Interiors specially selected all the tiles and fixtures in the bathrooms of the house, helping to create seamless design throughout the home. The tiles are modern, sleek and work really well together. InHance Interiors also took their design of the stairs one step further by tilling the risers with bespoke craftsmanship and one of a kind marble tiles. This helped create a smooth dynamic between the orientation of the stairs, to the marble waterfall island in the kitchen.

Sometimes modern fixtures, white walls and patterns can lack homeliness and comfort, InHance Interiors wanted to find the balance between modern and homely. With the additions of practical pieces such as top of the range kitchen appliances and luxurious furnishings, InHance Interiors have achieved just that. It takes an acute eye for design to successfully combine two typically opposite principles and merge them together into one modern luxury home.
