Project Name: The New Neutral

Location: Naples, Florida USA

Date Completed: November 2017

Architect: CD Inc.

Interior Designer:  Renée Gaddis Interiors

Construction Company: C. R. Smith LLC

This home was designed as a comfortable living space while maintaining distinct visual elements and textures. The architectural lighting was carefully planned from the beginning of the project and elevated by unique furniture and lighting selections. Every room utilizes mixtures of wall coverings and wall treatments, eclectic fabrics and accessories, and textured drapery and area rugs. Ceiling details and built-ins in light, cerused oak elevate the overall design complimented by Renée Gaddis Interiors custom accent furniture. Every selection from furniture to lighting to accessories were carefully executed to captivate all who are welcomed into this special space.

Renée Gaddis Interiors favourite aspect of this project is the master bath which features switchable privacy glass. The homeowner is given the option to frost a clear glass panel in the shower that overlooks into the master bedroom with the flick of a switch. This offers the client the luxurious hotel feeling whilst being in the comfort of their own home.

This home is located in an up and coming area in Naples, FL. This high rise is one of five buildings that will be built within a ten-year plan which will bring plentiful economic benefits, tourist attraction, and more.  Renée Gaddis Interiors believe that the project works so well because the overall design combines inspirations from various architectural elements and designs while still catering to a space that is liveable and family focused.
