At The Pentagon, Yogo Group’s focus was to design and build a unique product to an ever-changing market. From the moment you enter the breath-taking car park, your eyes begin to unravel the details that lie ahead, from the textures of the polished plaster in the ceiling, to the glistering lights lighting up your designated bays on the walls. A drive into the unknown, creating a dramatic experience every day as an exclusive resident at The Pentagon.

Traditional in design with a modern attitude. The Pentagon has a design edge to all other developments within the area. From the light Grey lava bricks, to the traditional black wooden sash windows. A quirky development standing out on the corner for everyone to see. Each home designed with a separate kitchen and an open plan living dining area, maximising the space to entertain amongst family and friends. Accompanied with bespoke joinery, handcrafted floors and luxurious fabrics which work harmoniously to create an admirable living environment.

All residents have incorporated within their homes Yogo Group’s signature black marble W.C.’s. Including a crushed silver wallpaper, crystal glass basin and LED feature lighting on walls. Not to mention the automatic background music being played on entry. An experience for friends and family to enjoy every time they visit. Due to Yogo Group having in-house designers, architects, planning consultants and construction team, they were able to work within budget and produce a show home in time for the completion of the project. Everyone collaborating to develop a superior show apartment, in an outstanding development and located in one of North London’s premier roads.

Yogo Group have designed and built The Pentagon to be different. Usually developers choose the standard red or yellow brick with white PVC windows in the local area. Yogo Group instead chose black timber sash windows with a light grey external brick sourced from Germany. Internally they have created the most comfortable of surroundings, with all finishes selected by the in-house interior designers to heighten the enjoyment of each home. Working closely with the construction team from the planning stages all the way to the finishing touches, enabled Yogo Group to have a design edge against other developments, which can be clearly seen in the end product.
