The Simpson Project was a full demolition and reconstruction. It was InHance Interiors goal to create a modern farmhouse, with a level of sophistication whilst keeping the rustic farmhouse family feel. This newly constructed masterpiece offers an open concept living space that has been thoughtfully designed to showcase California’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle.

The fully equipped gourmet Chef’s kitchen is one of InHance Interiors favourite areas of the home. It features a large preparation island which is the focal point of the home, which then opens out into the tranquil living room with panoramic doors that integrate the indoor and outdoor spaces. Outside features a covered patio with built-in BBQ, and sparkling pool with spa bath. The lower level also boasts spacious formal living and dining open plan spaces with adjacent butler’s pantry for convenient entertaining all year round.

It was important for InHance Interiors to design the second floor so it offered ample space and convenient living. The expansive master suite features vaulted 10-foot ceilings, luxurious appointments including a spacious master bath with soaker tub and shower for two. The three additional bedrooms each have private en-suite bathrooms. All the fixtures, materials, and finishes in the bedrooms are contemporary, luxurious and sympathetic to the surrounding spaces.

The front facade gives the front of the home its initial curb appeal, which is then followed up inside, with flowing colours and unique decor. InHance Interiors created a harmonious living space that oozes the sophistication of modern California living: open, airy, casual, comfortable, but with an elevated and aspirational feeling to it.
