InHance Design oversaw this remodel come new build project. The home features immaculate curb appeal with a fabulous circular driveway leading to a double garage and large front facade. Inhance Interiors wanted this house to be unique and luxurious but with a well lived in family feel. InHance Interiors started with outstanding craftsmanship to build unique 8-foot high doors throughout the property with 10-foot & 9-foot ceilings. The height of the doors and ceilings help create a huge feeling of space and in addition the open floor plan helps create the expansiveness that InHance Interiors were trying to achieve.

InHance Design spend a great deal of time designing all their kitchens and the gourmet chef’s kitchen at Toluca Lake is no different. It includes a stunning oversized work island, with a secondary prep sink and Viking appliances. The custom cabinetry throughout and farmhouse sink help give the property its homely feel, whilst the 300-bottle custom wood wine rack gives it, its sophisticated luxury.

InHance Interiors really concentrated on the subtle details in this property. By not leaving anything out,  InHance Interiors have created a seamless living experience filled with luxury and convenience. Intricate details such as the 100 year old olive tree in the front yard, and the bespoke window frames help bring this property together. InHance Design spent a lot of time perfecting the small things to help make the big things stand out. Every bit of detail helps the interior blend seamlessly into the outside space and surrounding neighbourhood. It made this essentially new build look well established, which was one of InHance Design primary goals.
