Project Name: Bachelor Pad Residence

Creating the ultimate bachelor home by blending the luxurious chic aesthetic of the Modern Man and the comfort and functionality in the space. IDEA International were inspired by the powerful yet gentle character of the client, combining graphic shapes with earthy tones and textures.

IDEA International were enlisted to design this luxury property, located in one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in the heart of Sofia, Bulgaria.  The first observation the visitor has over the property is the complex geometrical forms in the entrance and it’s the timeless outlook. Echoing the past whilst preserving its contemporary flow. Going inside, the interior decor reveals itself through the chic aesthetic of the stunning dining area. The pendant lights hanging from the ceiling underline the shape of the 8-person dining table creating a spacious transition area between the various zones of the space.

The key aspect of the project is the blend between hues of blues and structural forms in the living room area, which allows the magnificent fireplace to stand out and underline the shape of the ceiling above.  The design in the project works well with the whole ambient and structure of the space throughout the timeless yet contemporary interior decor and architectural elements.
