Coronado Interiors Ltd were enlisted for the interior design of an exquisitely fitted and furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, split level show apartment in an exceptional new development of 32 contemporary apartments, developed by sister company Coronado Property Developments. The designers were given eight weeks to fully fit and opulently furnish this apartment in the new development of One Molyneux Street.

Situated in Marylebone, famous for the medical practitioners of Harley Street and iconic shopping streets along with world renowned restaurants, the apartment needed to exude absolute luxury in order to entice potential buyers of all nationalities. To approach this selling point, Coronado Interiors tried to make every room feel as luxurious as each other with its own unique design. The chic Marylebone style can be seen throughout every detail at One Molyneux Street, with luxurious materiality complimented by generous layouts and impressive proportions.

The show apartment features large windows providing strong natural light, creating a sense of space and an airy ambience, with beautifully balanced rooms that create stylish surroundings ideal for relaxed living in the heart of Prime Central London. A thoughtful approach was required to create a fully turn-key show apartment that would appeal to discerning and sophisticated buyers, Coronado Interiors ensure that worldwide sourcing of beautiful textures and materials were cohesively used in the array of unique pieces of furniture, wall finishes, floor coverings, rich fabrics and bespoke fitted joinery.

Coronado Interiors’ favourite aspect of this project was being able to interweave their African roots into this hallmark luxurious, European design. This was achieved by designing two bespoke rugs for the living/dining area where they drew inspiration from the vast African Savannah and its ever-alluring simplicity. The wallpaper mimics the rugs with its desert sand colouring and design, and Coronado used an array of organic accessories to complement these African touches.
