When entering the basement area of Elements Estate, you will be embraced by the fire, earth, water, metal and wood elements, which inspire a contemporary modern style. T. Jones Group and Sublime Interior Design channelled the natural elements within this project to allude to harmony and balance for an awe-inspiring retreat within the city. It is this motif that is expressed with luxurious opulence in the lower level of the estate.

The basement has been thoughtfully planned out by T. Jones Group and Sublime Interior Design to accommodate a large group for entertaining or just an intimate gathering, making this the perfect space to host family and friends, or a private retreat to relax in. The estate as a whole channels the elements – alluded to in the planning, materials and design of the basement living area. The rock waterfall evokes feelings of being on the mountain edge nestled into a cliff, and the element of fire is given a luxury remodelling in the flanking fireplaces on either side of a custom built-in banquette which seats 14 people. The open plan of the area creates a natural flow throughout the basement making this an ideal area for a social family.

The opening glass door systems connects all areas of the basement, including the indoor/outdoor areas, swimming pool and spa area, and the lounge and bar are open plan to add volume to the space and suit its entertaining needs. T. Jones Group and Sublime Interior Design designed this area to not only be comfortable to entertain in but to be striking in its elegance – the Bar and Wine room have been carefully planned for storage and display, and the front of the bar has a raised ceramic Calacatta marble centre that contains a vessel for Champagne and celebration. This in combination with the jewel colour tones with intentional contrast adds drama and opulence to this living space within Element Estate.
