A Fragrant Breeze From The East is a luxury 5 bedroom villa, designed by Dubai Design Group by Lora Bergiy, and located on the world’s largest man-made island, Palm Jumeriah. The villa seamlessly blends oriental and modern style, mirroring the client’s personality though his home.

The concept for this property was inspired from the owner, a passionate collector of Eastern masterpieces, purchasing a unique antique door at auction. The exquisite geometry of the door and the antique turquoise was reminiscent of the gates at the East Palace from the 1001 nights Scheherazade fairy tale. Though this became an intensive source of inspiration for Dubai Design Group by Lora Bergiy, the focus for the family home was a modern Arabic style, with a motif of light and shadow.

The 2 Storey Mediterranean Atrium Entry was upgraded, extended and modified. Through the doors into the home, you are greeted with intricate design. Pure lines and geometric arabesque is a new language of traditional Arab architecture and décor which adorns the interiors. Dubai Design Group by Lora Bergiy chose a playful take on forms and lines, and purity and harmony.

The owner of the house wished to have a home which represented a precious treasure box, where Eastern knitting, Arabesque and complicated lace would be present everywhere. The custom-made items to achieve this decadence were created by artisan companies such as artists of 24karat gold leaves applications, and Moroccan specialists of Gypsum, and were all supervised by Dubai Design Group. A Fragrant Breeze From The East has been renovated and upgraded by Dubai Design Group by Lora Bergiy to the very highest standard using only the finest materials and workmanship.
