This home proves that thoughtful design is timeless. Looking to show the upscale town of Kleinburg that city style could work in a 6,400sqft suburban mansion, the developer sought out Kelly Harvey Living to design their model home. The fresh white walls, architectural wall panels with inset mirrors, modern fireplace and sleek finishes added a level of sophistication not yet seen in the area. The 4 levelled home was designed to fit an upscale inviting look that showcased the upgrades that buyers could purchase, and has won many awards in the local building industry association.

Using neutral tones was a reliable way of Kelly Harvey Living to ensure that the style would suit all potential buyers, and the custom items throughout the house are inspiring. The style is polite, not overbearing and therefore makes it visually appealing to the masses. The home was specifically designed to appeal to all tastes using neutral colours, though the custom furniture made by Kelly Harvey Living elevates this space to a modern luxury home. Clean, classic, light, crisp and inviting.

The transitional furniture with whimsical lights juxtaposed beautifully with the crisp white wall panelling. With the increase of white kitchen designs, Kelly Harvey Living opted to be different and chose a darker finish to show how dark kitchens translate into a chef’s kitchen very well. The unique backsplash is a chrome mirror finish in a traditional subway tile pattern, and is a nod to the neo-classical design theme of the house.

Below the main floor is the basement area, which becomes a utopia for leisure, featuring a unique suspended cable wine cellar, cosy movie theatre, gym, and recreation room for entertaining. The higher level of the home services a home library and study, as well as an additional guest bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
