Curated Home by Chrissy & Co’s Wine Country Canada project has been created as a beautiful fusion of European soul, embodied in a modern castle. Finding the balance between numerous design elements, this space truly reflects both modern luxury and the personality of its residents.

Throughout this contemporary design is a beautiful marriage of masculine and feminine elements that create a timeless bond in the most unexpected way. This project by Curated Home by Chrissy & Co is one that pushes the boundaries and breaks the rules, fusing unexpected elements together to create a well-rounded and uniquely styled oasis.

This design was constructed to maximise the exterior vanquish points and views while echoing the brilliance of the seasonal colour palette.  From rich gold hues in the fall to lustrous greens in the spring, the luxurious velvets and finishing materials were carefully selected to echo the beauty of lake country.  In the master bedroom, the dark walls and gold touches of autumn are blended with the lighter furniture. In the ensuite, clean lines, textured materials and light palette complement the expansive view of the surroundings.

This unique space echoes the multifaceted nature of the clients who have a deep love for old European architecture and design, with a strong appreciation for minimalistic elements. One of Curated Home by Chrissy & Co’s favourite elements is the blend of heavy industrial open beam construction with finite finishing details that echo the spirit of old-world European design. With clients who are not afraid to colour outside the lines, this property is a true display of the bold charismatic nature of those that dwell there. The designers found balance between both the homeowner’s style and tastes, and design details from several inspirations. The result is where old world meets new, with a contemporary twist on a classic; where a mini modern castle and oasis is born.
