Beechmont is the latest property in the EAB Homes portfolio and is a rare discovery with its intricately crafted front elevation, contemporary glazed rear elevation and ahead of trend interior styling. Arranged over three floors, the superlative accommodation is intelligently planned, maximising convenience and comfort at every turn. From the front, the Arts & Crafts inspired facade belies its 21st century interior, where crittal style windows and a striking industrial style kitchen are both timeless yet on-trend. The breath-taking triple storey galleried Entrance Hall, with its barely-there glass balustrade elevates the staircase to a work of art.

The vast Kitchen/Breakfast/Garden Room is the relaxed heart of the home, with a choice of seating areas, a wine store and coffee area, alongside a Prep Kitchen. A covered seating area to the rear allows much needed shade, encouraging al fresco living whatever the weather. Within a company of master carpenters, EAB Homes always put a high priority on the standard of materials and craftsmanship of their joinery products. Pushing the boundaries with aluminium inlays, minimal glazing and unique lighting EAB applaud the numerous joinery companies who worked with us on this project. The Kitchen, Pre Kitchen, Laundry, Media Kitchen & Annexe Kitchen were all assisted by Kitchen Connection of Ascot.
