Beechmont is the latest property in the EAB Homes portfolio and is a rare discovery with its intricately crafted front elevation, contemporary glazed rear elevation and ahead of trend interior styling. Arranged over three floors, the superlative accommodation is intelligently planned, maximising convenience and comfort at every turn. From the front, the Arts & Crafts inspired facade belies its 21st century interior, where crittal style windows and a striking industrial style kitchen are both timeless yet on-trend. The breath-taking triple storey galleried Entrance Hall, with its barely-there glass balustrade elevates the staircase to a work of art.
