LaRanko created an apartment for a young family with two children. As they are progressive, active, and stylish people, the design of the property needed to be the same.  

The interior design of the apartment is concise, ensuring that the team were able to create as much open space as possible. The housing has been designed to reflect both the style and the mood of the owners, a calm ambience flows throughout so that the family can relax and enjoy the simplicity.  

When designing residential properties LaRanko are rarely asked to use just a minimum of wood décor, as more often than not clients are fond of the wooden aesthetic. In this case however, the team were working with a progressive young couple who wanted a purely modern look and so made a request on the contrary for minimal wood. The team enjoyed working with the residents, and felt they were able to create the modern look to suit the design brief.  

LaRanko really appreciate modern tendencies and design trends, ensuring that they keep up with the times and lead their clients. On the other hand, LaRanko’s goal is to make comfortable and functional interior designs that the owners will enjoy and appreciate years later.  Specialist artisan skills were used within the project, with almost all the furniture in the apartment being built in. This was a wish of the client and it is in this direction that a lot of effort has been expended to ensure the final design was both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
