MWM Studio, have created a visually striking and luxurious contemporary mansion in the Dubai Hills Estate. This prestigious location offers breath taking views of a world-class golf course, making it the perfect backdrop for this exceptional property. Spanning an impressive 32,000 square feet, this mansion was designed to cater to the needs of a young family with active lifestyles, as well as accommodate high-level entertainment for VIP international guests.

The initial design concept aimed to harmonize the clean contemporary interior with the architectural style of the house. The design brief called for a luxurious yet timeless design that avoided an impersonal or minimalist aesthetic. An essential aspect of the design was to establish a strong connection to nature, creating a harmonious balance between the indoor and outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy.

To achieve this vision, MWM Studio employed a variety of natural materials with distinct textures, complemented by bespoke light fixtures. This combination created a visually captivating environment that radiated both warmth and comfort. At the heart of the mansion stood a magnificent staircase, serving as a piece of architectural sculpture that gracefully connected all floors.

The villa boasted several remarkable elements, including two elevators that seamlessly transported residents throughout the various levels. A state-of-the-art gym, complete with privacy glass overlooking a 12-car garage, is in the basement. A central zen garden provided a tranquil escape, while a dedicated golf room, cinema, and spa catered to the residents’ entertainment needs.

The ground floor of the mansion featured a grand double-height entrance, allowing for a dramatic arrival experience. Extensive circulation spaces effortlessly connected different areas, while an office with a separate exterior entrance provided privacy for professional engagements. The formal entertainment wing consisted of elegant lounge and dining spaces, ideal for hosting sophisticated events. Meanwhile, the family wing encompassed a spacious kitchen, lounge, dining area, and two guest suites, ensuring ample space for everyday activities and accommodating visitors.

Ascending to the first floor, there is a prayer room, family lounge, and four fully equipped master suites. Each suite comprised a bedroom, lounge area, walk-in wardrobe, workspace, and luxurious ensuite bathroom. This level was designed to offer a serene retreat for the family members, providing both comfort and functionality.

Finally, the rooftop of the mansion revealed a multi-use entertainment lounge leading to two expansive roof terraces. These elevated spaces offered an astonishing 360-degree view of Dubai’s iconic skyline, allowing the clients and their guests to marvel at the city’s beauty.
