The interior design project for Siraninn Residences was undertaken by the renowned design company dwp. The team was entrusted with the responsibility of bringing the concept of Sustainable Diversity to life by designing homes that would embody the essence of “The Real Estating.” The project’s scope was extensive, including designing 28 residential units and a clubhouse that reflected luxury, elegance, and comfort.

The project team designed three show houses, each showcasing a distinct style – Milano, Manhattan, and Chelsea – to appeal to a diverse range of potential buyers. The design elements were carefully chosen, including furniture, lighting, colour schemes, and materials, to reflect the unique features of each style. The team’s goal was to demonstrate that “The Real Estating” is not limited to a particular style or culture but is a concept that can be infused into every home.

The team utilized premium materials such as wood and book-match marble, paired with modern industrial elements, to create a timeless mood and tone for the clubhouse. The clubhouse’s vast and serene space provided residents with the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. Organic and oriental materials were incorporated, creating a contrast that was both striking and harmonious.

The project team collaborated closely with the architect, landscape designer, lighting designer, and Singha Estate marketing team to ensure that every detail was perfect. The team’s expertise in interior design and their meticulous attention to detail ensured that the final product exceeded expectations.

The Siraninn Residences was a remarkable achievement, with the team at dwp successfully embodying the concept of Sustainable Diversity through the design of the homes and the clubhouse.
