Graziani + Corazza, the designers behind the Verrilli project, have created a stunning contemporary composition of programmatic pieces, seamlessly integrated into the surrounding outdoors and landscape. This extraordinary 1300m2 private residence is thoughtfully organised around a dynamic ground plane that connects various spaces in a harmonious flow.

Upon entering through the offset pivot door, nestled between the formal living and dining areas, one is immediately drawn towards the captivating exterior entertaining area. The journey through the home is enhanced by the presence of a centrally located courtyard, a serene study, and the main family living space. The heart of the home, the kitchen, masterfully links the internal greenhouse, family eating and living area, a free-standing wine cellar, and a practical butler’s kitchen.

An architectural marvel, the main stair spirals upwards, encased in a splendid glazed enclosure that floods all three living levels with natural light. The upper level boasts four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite, complemented by private sitting areas and outdoor terraces. All these spaces are thoughtfully organised around a central hall, offering breath-taking views of the exterior.

Journeying to the lower level, the spiral stair landing reveals a captivating view of a collection of exotic cars parked in an internal showcase. This lower level is a treasure trove of delights, featuring a wine cellar with integrated dining, and a wellness area with seamless access to the outdoors.

Throughout the design, Graziani + Corazza have incorporated a wealth of special programmatic pieces and custom-designed elements. Finishes and components sourced from Europe gracefully complement the unique vision of the project, adding to its allure and sophistication.

Notable among these bespoke elements is the exquisitely crafted curved stair connecting all three floors, a continuous spiral that showcases the artistry and attention to detail invested in the residence. Additionally, the central glass fireplace, an impressive 5 meters in length, stands as a testament to the designers’ dedication to creating unique focal points within the home, carefully constructed on-site to achieve perfection.
