NM Art & Interiors, an esteemed interior design studio, has successfully executed the comprehensive architecture concept and design project, including garden planning, for two-holiday villas located in the southern region of RF, Voronezh city.

Comprising three bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, as well as both indoor and outdoor kitchens, each villa is meticulously designed to cater to the comfort and luxury desired by the occupants. The garden, a focal point of the project, features a sun deck, a fireplace, a summer cinema area, a decorative water basin, and two terraces, offering a serene outdoor experience.

Noteworthy is the meticulous incorporation of contemporary art into the design, reflecting the families’ penchant for collecting renowned artworks such as paintings, sculptures, and installations. The absence of doors in the common area fosters an open, free-flowing movement, accentuated by floor-to-ceiling windows that afford panoramic views of the adjacent river and expansive sky.

The interior design is characterized by a seamless integration of top-tier global brands for furniture and furnishings, with bespoke solutions adorning the bedrooms. Every room, both indoors and outdoors in the garden, serves as a canvas for the display of contemporary artworks, providing a visual treat for the residents and their guests.

The design project not only manifests the owners’ profound appreciation for contemporary art and architecture but also harmoniously blends into the landscape, optimizing sun exposure and offering captivating views from every living space. Exhibiting a minimalist approach to decoration, the design is nonetheless rich in its use of diverse textures and materials, creating a sophisticated and intensely immersive living environment. NM Art & Interiors’ expertise shines through in crafting a space that encapsulates the essence of modern aesthetics while addressing the specific preferences and lifestyle of the residents.
