Ovadia Design Group embarked on a transformative journey to imbue this brownstone with contemporary subtleties while paying homage to the timeless elegance of the 1930s Art Deco era. The resulting masterpiece not only narrates a tale of intentional and impactful design but also emanates an unmistakable essence of artistic living, perfectly tailored to the evolving needs of our clients’ large family.

Nestled within Brooklyn’s bustling streets, this dwelling is a blend of history and modernity, offering a glimpse of bygone eras infused with a contemporary twist. Tailored to accommodate a sizable family, the residence boasts unique bedrooms for each family member, an expansive kitchen with dual islands, and a space designed to facilitate year-round entertainment and hospitality.

The design of this Art Deco-inspired abode harmoniously integrates with its surroundings, effortlessly merging a tribute to the past with elements of the present. Each facet, from the materials selected to the carefully curated color palettes and textures, was meticulously considered to maintain a harmonious resonance with the environment.The essence of functional living was meticulously embedded into every design choice within this residence. The living room was transformed into a welcoming space with a bold artistic touch. Geometric moldings adorn the ceilings, while bronzed and antique mirrors add depth to the decor, inviting guests to indulge in libations at the bar. Polished millwork and Calcutta gold stone create an exquisite backdrop, enhanced by geometric gold inlays that infuse a contemporary aura.
