AALTO EXCLUSIVE DESIGN undertook the refurbishment of a lavish holiday penthouse duplex located along the beachfront of the Mediterranean Sea in Marbella, Spain. Positioned within the renowned Puente Romano resort in the heart of Marbella, this apartment exemplifies the epitome of a luxurious holiday retreat, meticulously curated to offer unparalleled moments of entertainment and relaxation. 

The paramount element of the design concept revolves around a pristine white color scheme, thoughtfully selected to serve as a canvas for a blend of fresh, vibrant color accents. This choice not only imparts a sense of timeless elegance but also ensures a luminous and airy ambiance throughout the space. 

Through a comprehensive refurbishment undertaken in collaboration with the client’s contractor, the project encompasses transformative renewal, addressing the apartment’s core elements. Newly installed ceilings, HVAC, and floor heating converge to enhance comfort and functionality, elevating the overall living experience. The scope of the renovation extends to the very fabric of the residence, incorporating the installation of new floors that introduce a touch of natural sophistication to every step. 

Craftsmanship excellence and the use of high-quality materials form the key aspects of this design, contributing to an environment where every detail is meticulously considered, telling a unique story of design and luxury. Moreover, the design respects the local context and environment by incorporating natural materials where possible, while new technologies facilitate energy-efficient systems. The utilization of outdoor spaces, made possible by the local climate, seamlessly integrates with the architecture and facade through thoughtfully chosen outdoor furnishings.
