R-EID Studio was tasked with channeling the warmth and charm reminiscent of a Tuscan-inspired home while infusing contemporary elements that embraced texture and natural materials. Their approach involved marrying the rustic appeal of Tuscan interiors with modern design principles to craft a residential space that exudes both timeless elegance and contemporary sophistication.

With meticulous attention to detail, R-EID Studio seamlessly integrated authentic natural and textural materials into the architecture, creating a harmonious fusion of old-world charm and contemporary elegance. From natural stones to warm woods, blackened steel, and textural caning, every element was carefully chosen to evoke the rustic allure of Tuscan interiors. The warm and earthy palette was inspired by the Tuscan landscape, rich terracotta, olive green, ochre and warm whites dominate the interior and foster a cohesive visual experience.

The interior layout was optimised to maximise functionality and flow, emphasising the connection to natural light and incorporating traditional Tuscan design elements such as exposed wooden beams, detailed wall paneling and steel railings. By removing walls and reconfiguring space, the studio gave the space functionality and flow.

In furnishing the space, R-EID Studio selected pieces that blended the casual comfort of Tuscan design with the clean lines of modern aesthetics. Plush, textural fabrics in rich, earthy tones added warmth and sophistication, soft filtering of light was given with window coverings, while the client’s contemporary art collection was seamlessly integrated into the overall design.

Technological integration was executed discreetly, with state-of-the-art audio equipment and smart home technologies concealed to preserve the traditional aesthetic while providing modern convenience.

Throughout the design process, R-EID Studio prioritised a symbiotic relationship with the local environment, carefully considering every aspect to enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings. Custom-crafted millwork and expert finishes reflected the studio’s commitment to impeccable craftsmanship and attention to detail.
