Studio 44 Design Ltd embarked on a transformative journey to breathe new life into a residential property, infusing it with classic contemporary elegance while prioritizing energy efficiency. Tasked with a comprehensive renovation, Studio 44 took on the challenge of translating the client’s vision into a cohesive and functional home for a family of five.

With meticulous attention to detail, Studio 44 crafted floor-furniture and lighting layouts for both the ground floor and first floor, seamlessly integrating joinery, kitchen fixtures, bathrooms, and storage units. Every element was carefully considered to not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also to optimize functionality for the homeowners.

Throughout the design process, Studio 44 provided invaluable assistance, offering 2D and 3D layout plans, electrical layouts, and expert guidance in selecting every aspect of the interior design.
