Claire Totman Designs has transformed a neglected 1970s property into a timeless five bedroom family home through a comprehensive renovation that reimagines both space and function. Purchased as a probate property, the original structure featured outdated kitchens and bathrooms and was deemed unliveable by the new owners. With a clear vision for a classic and elegant home with a contemporary edge, the clients turned to Claire Totman Designs to create a space that feels both sophisticated and liveable for modern family life.

The renovation was extensive, involving the addition of new extensions and a completely new second floor to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The brief was centred around timeless design, generous room proportions, and subtle character throughout.
