The Hampton Edition is a refined residential masterpiece by designer-developer LIU Luxxe, blending European elegance with bespoke craftsmanship. Inspired by Milan’s sculptural minimalism, Madrid’s rich materiality, and the expressive sensibilities of New York, the villa presents a sophisticated, globally influenced aesthetic.

This 9,100 sq ft home features five en-suite bedrooms, each designed as a tranquil retreat with custom joinery, couture-level wardrobes, and tactile finishes. The master suite stands out with panoramic golf course views, a curved marble ethanol fireplace, and a couture-inspired walk-in wardrobe crafted in Shizuoka Oak.

Throughout the residence, curved architectural forms and sculptural detailing create a seamless spatial rhythm. From arched ceilings to custom furniture and even rugs, this fluid language defines the home’s identity and enhances its emotional resonance. A private office clad in vegan leather and travertine, a walnut and travertine chef’s kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, and luminous living areas offer both beauty and functionality.

The villa’s cinema features deep velvet walls, Chanel-inspired silk rugs, and Harman Kardon visuals, delivering a plush, immersive experience. Outdoors, a landscaped garden encourages both elegant entertaining and relaxed recreation.
