Dapa Atelier has unveiled a meticulously curated penthouse design that redefines luxury living with a bold and dynamic aesthetic. Situated in the heart of Southbank, opposite the Tate Modern and near Borough Market, this exceptional residence is a celebration of creativity, culture, and colour. The design seamlessly integrates international and local influences, crafting a space that is both sophisticated and playfully eclectic.

The vision for the project was to create an impactful and contemporary interior that reflects the artistic energy of its surroundings. Dapa Atelier has masterfully balanced vibrant colours, striking textures, and carefully selected artwork to create an immersive experience. Art plays a central role in the design, featuring collaborations with emerging artist Studio Yega, celebrating Afro Caribbean culture, and hand-crafted ceramic sculptures by globally renowned designers Andrew Martin. Bespoke painted canvases further enrich the space, telling a visual story of global culture.

Exceptional craftsmanship is evident throughout the penthouse, with carefully curated furniture that includes the one-of-a-kind scagliola and glass ‘Pietre’ coffee table by Duffy London and Christopher Ward. Hand-built pieces by Julian Chichester, along with bespoke joinery and upholstery by UK artisans, add to the space’s unique character. The rich sage green textured wall coverings create depth and warmth, while cobalt blue contemporary furniture provides a striking contrast.

With breathtaking views of iconic landmarks such as St Paul’s Cathedral as an integral part of the design, Dapa Atelier has ensured that the skyline becomes a seamless extension of the living space. The result is a residence that is not just visually captivating but also an inspiring cultural hub, blending art, craftsmanship, and refined luxury at one of London’s most iconic new developments.
