End Grain Ltd has completed a bespoke cabinetry project for a luxury living room scheme, transforming a previously uninspiring interior into a sophisticated city residence that reflects both the character of its historic setting and the vision of its owners.

Delivered in partnership with Nineteen Interiors Ltd, the project centred on creating a cohesive and elegant living environment within a prestigious building. End Grain Ltd was appointed to develop and realise the technical aspects of the design, translating the client’s mood board and overarching vision into a highly detailed and refined bespoke cabinetry solution.

The brief challenged End Grain Ltd to move beyond the plain developer finished interior and create a living space with depth, personality and a strong sense of identity. Working closely with the wider design team, End Grain Ltd focused on introducing carefully considered detailing, premium materials and custom crafted elements that would elevate the room while maintaining a balanced and understated aesthetic.

A defining feature of the project is the thoughtful combination of textures and finishes. End Grain Ltd integrated bespoke cabinetry with specialist metal finishes, creating layers of visual interest that bring warmth and sophistication to the space. Rather than relying on overtly decorative gestures, the design achieves its impact through craftsmanship, proportion and meticulous attention to detail.

The cabinetry was developed to support both the practical and aesthetic requirements of the living room, providing seamless functionality while contributing to the overall architectural character of the interior. Every element was designed to complement the wider scheme, ensuring consistency throughout the property and reinforcing the sense of cohesion that underpins the project.

According to End Grain Ltd, the success of the design lies in its ability to balance luxury with restraint. The finished space feels refined and welcoming without becoming excessive, drawing inspiration from the glamour and prestige of the historic building in which it is located.
