LCDesigns, Inc. / Leslie Christian Designs led the revival and restoration of a distinguished French Provincial lakeside residence, transforming a previously dated property into a refined home that fully reflects the elegance of its exterior architecture and its exceptional natural surroundings. The project was approached with a clear vision: to elevate the interior to match the home’s architectural integrity while enhancing its connection to the lakeside setting.

A comprehensive renovation was undertaken across all levels of the property. The unfinished lower level was reimagined as a sophisticated, wine-focused living and entertaining space, tailored to the client’s lifestyle and appreciation for hospitality. On the main level, the design introduced a modern yet stately aesthetic, balancing clean lines and contemporary finishes with timeless detailing to create a cohesive and inviting environment.

The upper floor was thoughtfully reconfigured to improve spatial flow and functionality, resulting in a gallery and master suite that offer both comfort and understated luxury. Throughout the process, LCDesigns, Inc. / Leslie Christian Designsremained committed to preserving the home’s original character, ensuring that modern interventions complemented rather than overshadowed its architectural heritage.

The final result is a harmonious and elevated interior that respects the “bones” of the home while enhancing its overall personality. The design successfully merges tradition with modernity, delivering a timeless and highly personalised living environment for the client.
