Aquablu Phase 2 is the perfect combination of refined interior design, including remarkable appliances and fixtures, and inspirational views across the Rivière des Prairies. It is this breathtaking view that is without a doubt the element that makes the project so stand out; the proximity to the river is felt in the air, and reflected in the architecture.

All generously sized suites offer an incomparable brightness with a south orientation. All materials, appliances and plumbing fixtures Lipari Design used for the project were carefully selected for their superior quality, with the goal of providing a modern and upscale result inspired by Miami beaches. In addition to having designed all the units of the Aquablu Phase 2, the team at Lipari Design Inc also implemented its customization expertise for each of them.

The tower is in a coveted sector of Sainte-Dorothée, facing the Rivière des Prairies. As an effect of living near water, the restorative benefits include reduced stress, lower heart rate, and an overall sense of well-being that complements the stunning views and limitless horizons. Not only does Lipari Design’s concept work well with its environment, but also with its location. Located in a coveted district of Laval, the tower benefits as much from its view of the water as from its nearby malls, grocery stores and restaurants. Lipari Design had a main goal to integrate the outdoor indoor. Every aspect has been thought to minimize the separation between the two environments.

Having 1,000 feet of riverfront allowed Lipari Design to install impressive surface of floor to ceiling windows. The fountains, basins, green roof and the inviting pool deck also amplify the connection of indoor and outdoor living. Arranged with specially selected materials, the landscape perfectly complements the design, becoming one with the interior. Aquablu is a place where you can truly be yourself in surroundings that calm the body and recharge the spirit.
