YNOTT Interiors completed the interiors for this stunning five-bedroom house in the Wentworth Estate, a modern minimalist and strong neutral theme runs throughout with occasional pops of colour.

The clients, originating from Asia, requested clean lines, contemporary and pastel colours, and a relaxing uncluttered residence. YNOTT Interiors incorporated elegant white pure linen and pure velvet curtains for the windows, and neutral colours and wallpaper for the walls.

The client did not set a specific budget simply requested YNOTT Interiors bring her a beautiful design and suggest high quality items of furniture and soft furnishings. In past travels, the client had seen rug designs that they had fallen in love with, and so YNOTT worked with the client to design similar rugs but in specific pastel colours of their choice.

The designers were thrilled with the results of this project, particularly the impact of the entrance hall. Understated yet luxurious this is a calming and welcoming area of the property which sets the tone for the rest of the home. Used to greet people and offer seating for drinks after dinner, it’s a beautiful space to unwind and relax, right in the centre of the home.

Overlooking a golf course this home is situated in a secluded private location. This lends itself to the interiors of this home being a sanctuary for the owners where they can relax and enjoy their hobbies. This building is also unique in that whilst it is three stories, the main living area is at basement level meaning that it does not seem particularly large from the outside, again adding to this idea of understated luxury, with the grandness of the home being hidden from external view.
