The “Bull of Heaven” is a remarkable Chennai residence, designed by And Design Co, it exudes a captivating blend of eclecticism and luxury. Spanning an impressive 5869 square feet, this contemporary home caters to the needs of a young couple while adhering to Vaastu parameters. Its design is a celebration of modern opulence, featuring a harmonious combination of marble, metal, and wood that forms a lavish material palette.

What truly sets this residence apart is its impeccable curation of art and modish furniture, imparting an unexpectedly eclectic touch. Inspired aesthetically by the Greco-Roman era, the house boasts bold and energetic elements, with a scarlet-hued bull sculpture serving as its signature centrepiece in the family room.

Throughout the house, the pristine White Satuario marble acts as a versatile backdrop, allowing different moods to emerge seamlessly. Abundant large windows flood the interior with natural light, creating a sense of openness and spaciousness. Complementing this is the strategic placement of lighting fixtures, crafting a warm and inviting ambiance.

The entrance passageway is a masterpiece of design innovation. Stretching 30 feet along the ceiling, an abstract artwork on wood adorns this space with a colour palette that complements the unique character of the three rooms on the ground floor. This visually striking feature grants the home a distinct aesthetic identity, leaving a lasting impression on all who enter.

Environmental consciousness is also woven into the fabric of the home. Despite ample cross ventilation through numerous windows, sunshades have been thoughtfully installed to filter and control direct sunlight, minimising heat gain. Moreover, the rooftop solar panels contribute to the generation of green energy, powering the home during the day.

As a testament to its commitment to sustainability, the home boasts lush outdoor gardens teeming with greenery. Rainwater harvesting facilities further enhance its eco-friendly attributes, catering to all non-drinking water needs.
