Morgante Wilson Architects envisioned and executed a remarkable design for this exquisite lakeside residence, located on the serene shores of Lake Michigan. The architectural concept aimed to create a harmonious blend of relaxation and refinement, showcasing a clean and modern aesthetic.

The home’s front facade is a testament to symmetry, boasting a striking center-entry courtyard flanked by two-car garages that graciously accommodate the family’s collection of automobiles. The rear of the residence, offering sweeping panoramic vistas of the lake through expansive glass panels, provides an idyllic backdrop for the family’s biophilic lifestyle, while also providing ample space for both living and entertaining. A central great room, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and main living room, effortlessly flows out onto the pool terrace, seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living spaces. A double-sided fireplace not only defines and separates the living and four seasons’ rooms, but also discreetly conceals a television within rich white oak paneling. The presence of various wood tones throughout the house adds depth and warmth to the overall design, creating a visually captivating layering of textures.

This exceptional residence is accentuated by additional spaces, such as a cozy family room on one end and a versatile four-season room on the other. The four-season room serves as a screen porch during warmer months, with a folding glass wall that retracts into a pocket, seamlessly transitioning to a full-screen wall.
