Buthaina Humaidy Interiors (BHI) worked on a luxury residential property for a period of two years, with great attention to detail and a strong passion for the project. The sheer size of the property posed a challenge initially, but the designer overcame this by carefully planning the placement of furniture and strategically installing lighting to create an opulent yet calming ambience throughout the space.

BHI was involved in the project from the very beginning of the finishing stage, working closely alongside the contractor to ensure that the interior design reflected not only the drawings, but also the full vision of the client. With the property boasting grand windows, a curved staircase, and high ceilings, BHI had a strong foundation to work with, incorporating classic architectural features while adding a contemporary and timeless touch to the overall design.

BHI demonstrated meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the project, from the selection of materials to the choice of accessories. The result was a tailored design that perfectly met the client’s needs, with coherence in furniture arrangement and an effortless flow of space. Despite its luxurious feel, the space remains highly liveable, thanks to BHI’s skilful design.

One of the most striking features of the design is the installation of grand chandeliers, which add a touch of elegance to the space. Additionally, BHI clad the double height walls with wood and marble, further contributing to the luxurious aesthetic of the property. Overall, the design is a testament to BHI’s expertise in creating sophisticated and liveable spaces that reflect their clients’ needs and aspirations.
