A beautifully designed 24,000 sq ft luxurious property, which includes a home spa, swimming pool, salon, hammam, study, guest lounge, 6 bedroom suites complete with staff quarters, three games rooms and a 14 seater cinema room.

From concept to reality in just 19 weeks, Samantha Bartlett Interiors fulfilled the clients brief in full. This refurbishment project was extensive from start to completion, yet it was completed on budget and in time.

From the design aspect, there were many key features for this project, for example, the master bedroom headboard designed by Aiveen Daly, the luxurious study and the ultimate transformations of the Swimming pool and the children’s games rooms. The home spa was extensive and includes a 12 metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, wellness shower, his and her changing rooms, home salon and gym.

Another luxurious element of this project was the feminine dressing room, with half height and full height hanging, brass handles, brass hanging rails with PIR lighting, both internals and externals in timber, lockable handbag storage and open shelves for display. Finished with a beautifully crafted bespoke island and dressing table that includes bespoke compartment storage and a hidden phone charger.

Overall, Samantha Bartlett Interiors Ltd worked so successfully as a team and this played a large role in enabling this project to be fulfilled on time and within budget, communication was key.
