Elliot James Interiors recently transformed a penthouse space, providing it with a new identity through a comprehensive turnkey design solution. The main goal was to overhaul the interior architecture, incorporating home automation, styling, and art curation to create a stunning and functional living space.

The penthouse’s design brief focused on retaining four bedrooms while adding a cinema room and an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The challenge was to make these areas incredibly sociable while offering intimate zones for privacy when needed. Emphasizing the incredible views outside, Elliot James Interiors ensured that the space allowed ample natural light to flood in, creating an inviting and stylish ambiance.

Integrated technology played a significant role in the design, seamlessly blending into its surroundings. The project included a beautifully appointed and powerful kitchen, achieved by knocking down a wall to create an impactful open-plan space. The kitchen featured a striking marble-clad 3-meter island, abundant storage, and a hidden pantry, designed to be functional and elegant.

One of the favourite aspects of the project was the exquisite master suite. Elliot James Interiors designed a moody, dark wood walk-in wardrobe with a luxurious velvet suede-clad island, concealing an impressive stark white marble ensuite. The contrast between the dark and light elements in this space added a sense of drama and luxury, elevating the overall aesthetic.

Throughout the penthouse, Elliot James Interiors focused on creating an atmosphere that connected with nature and the surrounding views. The design palette included earthy, rich tones that blended seamlessly with the lush landscapes beyond the three separate sky gardens, each overlooking a different country – Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

The result of this exceptional interior design project is a penthouse that exudes style, comfort, and sophistication, while maximizing its breath-taking surroundings. Elliot James Interiors successfully created a modern living space that pays tribute to both functionality and aesthetics, reflecting their commitment to delivering remarkable turnkey design solutions.
