Barnard & Speziale Interior Design Company undertook the challenge of transforming this penthouse into a warm and sophisticated oasis. The design concept seamlessly blends chic aesthetics with bold elements, creating a modern interior that exudes opulence. Spanning 3,200 square feet and completed over a meticulous 3-year period, this waterfront haven offers an unparalleled living experience.

Upon entering the condo, the reflective finishes, warm wood tones, and elevated details draw you in while the custom marble framed opening highlight the water views beyond. Covered in glossy, custom cut white porcelain floors, walnut doors, black marble with mirror and brass detailing throughout. The glossy white flooring continues throughout the space maintaining uniformity when transitioning from one space to the next.

The kitchen was designed by Barnard & Speziale Interior Design Company, outfitted with Neolith porcelain slab countertops along with luxury appliances. Housing 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens with a pantry incorporated all the amenities while maximizing storage and workspace as well.

Custom touches abound, from the office’s bespoke guitar display case featuring a signed Carlos Santana instrument to the primary bedroom’s corner windows framing expansive lake views. The carefully curated colour scheme of gold, ochre, walnut, black, and pale blues harmoniously enriches the space, creating a sophisticated and rich ambiance.

The history shared between the Barnard & Speziale Interior Design Company and the client proved invaluable, fostering trust and allowing for the seamless integration of the client’s personal touches without compromising the overall vision. As walls of floor-to-ceiling windows immerse the living space in natural light, the design ensures that the breathtaking views become an integral part of the aesthetic.

The neutral background finishes create a cloud-like ambiance on the 22nd floor, accentuating the bold yet complimentary pale blues and ochre tones throughout. In every detail, Barnard & Speziale Interior Design Company has crafted a luxurious retreat where modern elegance meets the tranquillity of lakeside living.
