HBA has masterfully transformed a homeowner’s imaginative vision into a tangible, luxurious reality with the Chairman Residence. Spanning over 7,000 square meters, this grand mansion presents a unique and challenging design opportunity. The homeowner envisioned a space that embodies the essence of a princess’s castle, blending fairy tale enchantment with real-world luxury and sophistication.

The primary design concept revolves around evoking the happiness and grandeur of living in a fairy tale. To achieve this, HBA embarked on an extensive study of art and architecture from various historical periods, with a particular focus on the Renaissance era. Known for its opulent and intricate architectural details, the Renaissance period serves as the main inspiration for the interior design.

This influence is evident throughout the residence, from the grand entrance hall to the main living room. Elements of Renaissance architecture are seamlessly integrated into the design, with ornate mouldings, classical columns, and richly detailed ceilings creating a sense of timeless elegance. These features not only contribute to the fairy tale aesthetic but also provide a sophisticated backdrop for contemporary luxury living.

The design aims to strike a delicate balance between fantasy and practicality. The result is a residence that is not only visually stunning but also functional and comfortable for modern living. The grand entrance sets the tone for the rest of the mansion, where each space is meticulously crafted to offer both enchantment and utility.
