BMD Design London is deeply honored to be shortlisted for the International Design and Architecture Awards 2024, standing among some of the world’s most esteemed designers. The project in question involved a comprehensive renovation of a four-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Belgravia, commissioned by an overseas client for their first London home.

BMD Design London meticulously managed every aspect of the renovation, from navigating the stringent LTA consent process to appointing top-tier contractors. The project encompassed extensive reconfiguration, including the creation of new ensuite bathrooms and the implementation of M&E requirements, all while preserving and restoring the property’s original character and features.

This project marks a significant milestone for BMD Design London. Collaborating with carefully selected teams of highly skilled artisans, BMD brought bespoke designs to life, resulting in a space that harmoniously balances modernity and tradition. The serene atmosphere created within the penthouse allows residents to unwind and enjoy the tranquility of their private oasis.
