David Small Designs presents an exquisite fusion of tradition and modernity in their latest architectural marvel—a luxury residence exuding the elegance of a traditional French Chateau with contemporary flair. This transitional design seamlessly marries the grandeur of classical architecture with clean lines and simplified details, creating a captivating aesthetic that captivates the senses.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless charm of French Chateaus, this design incorporates corner windows and aluminium-clad flat dormers, infusing the structure with a fresh, approachable perspective. Integrated planters grace the perimeter, seamlessly merging the home with its lush surroundings, while expansive glass panels along the rear facade blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, inviting nature to become an integral part of the living experience.

Step inside, and you’re greeted by a symphony of architectural ingenuity. A circular stair adorns the library, a unique focal point that seamlessly combines functionality with artistic flair. The library’s second floor boasts a built-in bookcase, discreetly concealing a hidden passage to the office—an ingenious touch that adds an element of mystery to the space.

The interior unfolds with breath-taking features at every turn. A double-volume family room exudes a sense of spaciousness and luxury, while loft spaces nestled within the primary dressing room and secondary bedrooms offer cosy retreats for relaxation or contemplation. Three storeys of outdoor living space beckon residents creates a seamless transition between indoor opulence and outdoor serenity.

In crafting this masterpiece, David Small Designs has redefined luxury living, blending timeless sophistication with contemporary comforts to create a residence that transcends mere architecture—it’s a testament to the artistry of design and the harmony between tradition and innovation.
