Hany Saad Innovations redefines luxury living with Haus 137, epitomizing a dialogue between vastness and layered spaces through transparency and shadows. This residence, designed by Hany Saad, creates new perspectives by layering grand spaces with materials that add depth and replacing boundaries with uninterrupted viewpoints. Architectural elements are highlighted, sheltering the dwelling experience while opening it to the vast outdoors and introducing a stimulative ambiance. The outdoor area, with a tranquil ambiance, blends natural elements and architecture, where seating is juxtaposed with the pool to create unique perspectives.

The entrance interweaves the built environment with the organic landscape, changing levels and opening new doors to see beyond the predictable. Sculptures by artist Ahmed Magdy, custom-made for Haus 137, define themselves by shadows, setting the tone for the indoor spaces. These spaces are defined rather than enclosed, fostering a dialogue between indoors and outdoors. Transparency expands the space, adding depth to the grand interior, which is both exquisite and artsy. Luxurious furniture, selected for both function and aesthetic beauty, embodies the design concept. Each piece creates a dialogue within the space—some splitting areas without boundaries, others welcoming daylight to add greater depth.

The design of Haus 137 transforms traditional house concepts within a luxurious gated community, maintaining privacy while maximizing and expanding the connection with the surrounding environment. Hany Saad Innovations’ design reflects the owner’s character and elevates the lifestyle experience. Haus 137’s distinctive architecture defines spaces with minimal boundaries, offering viewpoints of the natural surroundings, and features exquisite furniture that epitomizes the design concept.
