Toni Bond Interiors has undertaken a remarkable interior design project, involving the complete renovation and remodel of a historic country house dating back to around 1752. This ambitious endeavor encompassed comprehensive design services, strategic planning of functional spaces, installation of new M&E services, lighting schemes, and the execution of a full turn-key solution for the client.

The project began with a meticulous site analysis, carefully assessing existing conditions, structural integrity, historical significance, and potential challenges. Collaboration with local heritage authorities and adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines for historic properties were paramount throughout the process.

Detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, material specifications, and finishes, were developed to guide the renovation while respecting the building’s historic fabric. Special attention was given to incorporating modern plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems while preserving the integrity of the original structure.

Over a span of two years, Toni Bond Interiors collaborated closely with architects and contractors to reimagine the internal layout of the property, ensuring a contemporary functionality aligned with the client’s vision. The project included transformative changes such as a new kitchen, outdoor entertaining space, formal lounge with a sophisticated wine room, and a stunning garden room designed for both casual and formal dining.

The design brief presented a complex challenge of harmonizing 18th-century buildings and materials with contemporary luxury interiors. Fabrics and finishes were carefully chosen to evoke sophistication while respecting the house’s style and history. Natural stones, marbles, and fabrics were seamlessly integrated to create a soft and welcoming atmosphere that retained the property’s unique personality.
