Drawing inspiration from the timeless aesthetic of the Georgian period, the design elegantly merges traditional elements with contemporary sensibilities. The south-facing main front elevation, nestled within a formal landscape, evokes a sense of grandeur while maintaining a graceful presence. The use of Flemish bond brickwork, adorned with a painted timber cornice and a tiled roof, pays homage to classical architectural styles, ensuring harmony with the surrounding environment.

A central 10m x 4m hallway was initially a daring concept that has now become its defining feature. Maison IOM Architects, guided by their commitment to creating spaces that resonate with inhabitants, took a bold approach by dedicating a substantial volume to circulation. Within, the layout effortlessly facilitates a fluid transition between the principal rooms, all converging around the central hall and staircase.
