LACADIERE has unveiled its latest masterpiece, LACADIERE LAKE MANSION, a residential development that seamlessly blends modern architecture with the tranquility of lakeside living. Designed by renowned architect Soo K. Chan, the project reflects SCDA’s signature approach of harmonizing indoor and outdoor spaces through light, materials, and clear structural compositions.

LACADIERE LAKE MANSION adopts a Mondrian-inspired design language, using straight lines to evoke a sense of serenity and order. The architecture and landscape work in tandem to create a refined yet peaceful retreat, offering residents an escape from urban noise while maintaining a deep connection to nature. The grid-like façade of the towers enhances the modern aesthetic, allowing light and shadow to interplay beautifully. With floor-to-ceiling windows framing breathtaking lake views, the living spaces exude a contemporary elegance while fostering a sense of openness.

The project’s landscape design spans an impressive 52,000 square meters, divided into three key areas: an urban living room, a large lawn, and a water garden. Carefully selected local trees, complemented by tropical palms, enhance the lakeside ambiance. The entrance features a striking arrangement of trees and water elements, setting the tone for the tranquil environment within. The water garden serves as a serene social hub, while the backyard gardens provide an intimate retreat enriched with natural beauty.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, LACADIERE LAKE MANSION offers an array of luxury amenities, including dual clubhouses, a state-of-the-art gym, a swimming pool, and 24/7 concierge services.
